It was another season to remember for this little fan-owned football club of ours.
The Women’s First Team won the Supporters Direct Shield and the Men’s First Team reached the play-offs in their first season at Step 6.
The Women/NB Open Access team won the league title in their first season in 11-a-side football, the Men’s Development won promotion for the third season in a row and the Clapton Cageys five-a-side team won the cup.
At the club’s end of season awards on May 21 at the Old Spotted Dog Ground clubhouse we handed our awards to 31 different players, along with 10 medals to players hitting 50 or 100 appearances.
