Clapton CFC Youth Training

Clapton CFC Youth Training has been running since April 2019.

Since the first session with 13 children, we now run multiple sessions in Forest Gate, Stratford and Walthamstow for over 100 players between the ages of 5 and 16.

Our sessions and teams are based on the belief that every child should be able to enjoy football, regardless of ability, gender and income.

Our matches and training sessions are fun and inclusive and operate on a pay what you can afford policy.

We have run a homework club in the Old Spotted Dog clubhouse, where kids could drop in and get help with their schoolwork from a qualified tutor.

Working with The Magpie Project, we have provided a space for many vulnerable kids and refugees, who have not had the access that their peers have.

We have also become a home for kids who have struggled in the highly competitive academy style set ups.
