Vacancy for first team coach for Clapton CFC Women’s team

An exciting opportunity for a confident and strategic coach to further develop a successful female football team who have just been promoted to Greater Women’s London League Division One.

Women’s football is finally starting to get the recognition it deserves and this is an exciting time to get involved with the game (if you’re not already)!

Clapton CFC’s women’s team – previously AFC Stoke Newington – is made up of women who are passionate about football.

Last season we won 14 out of 18 and gained promotion. Now we want to go forward and win games in the league above.

An expert coach is needed to enable the playing of more high quality competitive football in league and cup fixtures, including the FA Cup.

Coaching level

Desirable – level 2.

Job role

Design and deliver top quality training sessions every week (building on strengths and weaknesses from the team and individual performances). Team selection and strategy on match days.

Thursday training: 8pm to 9pm East London.
Sunday games: 2pm kick-offs in Walthamstow (home) and all over Greater London (away)

Pay

Competitive. Open to discussion.

Potential start date

Training from the beginning of August.
