After last week’s rare postponement, it’s hopefully back to action for the Clapton CFC Men’s First Team this weekend against a play-off rival.
A ref carried out an inspection at 11am and deemed it unplayable. Days of rain has left the pitch very muddy and with standing water in places.
This year, as well as a bucket shake, there was a stall selling old Clapton CFC merch and memorabilia donated by the club and others.
