The Clapton CFC Women’s First Team have now been allocated a fixture on Sunday, October 4. This had been kept free for a potential FA Cup tie but sadly the team were knocked out last weekend. So we’ll play Sport London e Benfica at the Old Spotted Dog Ground that day. The match coincides with the big Battle of Cable Street march in Whitechapel but kick off is 3.30pm which means people can attend both. So please spread the word that the Cable Street march after-party is at the OSD.

The Men’s First Team home game on Saturday, October 10 has been postponed. Our opponents West Essex have progressed in the FA Vase which takes priority. The game will now take place on Tuesday, October 20. There may be a friendly on October 10 instead to take its place if we can arrange suitable opposition.
