Hastings United vs Clapton Community FC is on Sunday, October 12 2025 at 3pm Pilot Field, Elphinstone Road, Hastings East Sussex, TN34 2AX
While we’re out of the FA Cup after defeat at AFC Sudbury last Sunday, the long away cup trips continue. The team are still in the Capital Cup (draw TBC) and head to the seaside this Sunday for the London & South East Regional Women’s Football League Cup first round.
It should be a close cup tie as Hastings finished eighth in the L&SERWFL Division One South, while CCFC finished seventh in the North. Note the later-than-usual kick-off time of 3pm.
About the competition

We’ve only ever won one tie in the L&SERWFL Cup – away at Welling United in 2023. In the L&SERWFL Trophy, we’ve fared much better, reaching the final twice, including last season against Dulwich Hamlet Res…
About the opposition
Hastings United have been in the L&SERWFL Division One South since 2021 and have finished runners-up twice, just missing out on the only promotion spot by a point on both occasions.
