The rearranged Clapton CFC men’s first team game at Stonewall FC takes place on Tuesday, May 2.
The East London derby is at Stonewall’s home ground, the London Marathon Stadium in Stratford, and is all-ticket due to the capacity of 300.
All tickets have sold out but keep an eye on Stonewall’s Eventbrite page for any returns.
CCFC are in first place and need a point to seal the title from this game or two final games against OIR.
Promotion has been secured on the pitch already but still depends on the Old Spotted Dog Ground passing the ground grading requirements too. We expect to find out that in mid May.
Meanwhile in-form Stonewall FC are in sixth place in the Middlesex County Football League Premier Division and are unbeaten in five games, three of which were wins.
Previous meetings have nearly always been goal-fests – an average of four goals a match – and over 3,000 people have been through the turnstiles.
Bring the camaraderie, noise and passion that has historically made this one of the fixtures of the year.
Stonewall FC vs Clapton CFC is on Tuesday, May 2 2023 at 7.45pm at the London Marathon Community Track, Stratford, E20 2ST. Doors open at 7pm.
Really important: it’s strictly no pyro and no glass allowed. Please respect our friends Stonewall FC on this, it would cause them huge problems.
There will be a trolley selling soft and hot drinks. However, feel free to bring a flask of a hot beverage (or something colder…and stronger…) to keep you warm during the match.
Bands/musical instruments all welcomed.
There will be limited toilets available on the day and these will be gender neutral. Please try to avoid large queues and be considerate of others.
It’s all ticket. The ticket page is here.
Upon arrival all ticket holders will be required to show their e-ticket at the gate to be granted access to the venue. You will be issued a wristband that must be kept on at all times.
All ticket holders will be required to sit within the stand. Spectators are not permitted to stand pitch side on the running track.

The nearest parking is located at Westfield shopping centre.
We strongly advise all fans to arrive by either taxi, bike or train. The nearest stations are:

There is an accessibility lift located within the West Ham shop for anyone arriving arriving across the top of the stadium. Should anyone have accessibility needs please contact Stonewall FC in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stonewall’s respect policy
We all do this for the love of the game and for days like this one.
Stonewall FC will have volunteer stewards on site, so if you need assistance at any time all please speak to your nearest member of support crew.
Anyone being abusive, violent or heard to be using discriminatory language will be asked to leave the venue by the Stonewall stewards immediately.
Whilst the pitch floodlights will be turned off at 10:30pm, Stonewall have arranged for the stands to remain lit until 11:30pm for a post-match social at the stadium. Ticket holders are therefore invited to remain in the viewing area for drinks, snacks, and post-match analysis until this time. We ask all ticket holders to respect these timings and vacate the stadium by 11:30pm.
Feel free to bring your own drinks and food for both the match and post-match social, but be mindful to take your rubbish with you, or dispose of it carefully on leaving.
