Want to play for Clapton CFC? Here’s your chance.

The men’s development team are inviting new players to join the first training session of pre-season on Sunday, 4 July at 10.15am.

The team play in the Hackney & Leyton Sunday Football League Division 3 on Sunday mornings on Hackney Marshes.

It’s intended as a way of giving young players experience to prepare them for the first team, but it’s a tough league and we need a mix of older, experienced players too.

Men’s first team manager Geoff Ocran will also be there at the training session to look for talent for the season ahead too.

The women’s first team have held a trial evening already, it’s possible a further one could be held in August.
