Sadly it turns out Women’s First Team captain and all-time leading goalscorer Emily Link broke her leg in the game at Herne Bay on Sunday.

We had hopes (naïve, desolate hopes) when she was subbed off that it would prove to be an ankle sprain, but alas, she just has the highest pain tolerance ever and it was a broken fibula.
