The Clapton CFC Women’s First Team will start the season with back-to-back home games as the first fixtures have been released.
We will face new opponents Herne Bay in the opener at the Old Spotted Dog Ground on Sunday, August 17 followed by last season’s runners-up Bromley on Sunday, August 24.
Seven league games have been scheduled so far, along with placeholders for cup ties that have yet to be drawn. They include the Women’s FA Cup, for which the draw is due to take place on Monday, August 4.
That’s all that’s been announced for now. We don’t know when the rest of the fixtures will be released.
