How long will my order take to arrive?

Merch orders are typically packed and posted once a week. Usually, orders placed up until Tuesday evening are packed and despatched on Wednesdays.

Within Great Britain and NI:

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours so should hopefully arrive by the Friday. There will be a tracking code to follow its progress.

For lower value orders (items £10 or less), standard postage is available, which usually takes 1-2 days but is not tracked.

To Europe:

All deliveries to Europe should take 3 to 5 business days and are sent tracked so should have a code to track its journey.

To anywhere else:

All deliveries to the rest of the world take 6 to 7 business days and have tracking codes too.

What are the sizes?

Due to the manufacturers using Italian sizing, most people buying a replica home or away shirt require one size up from their normal size – unless you like a tight fit.

There should be a size guide on most items.

Who makes your merch?

The manufacturing brand should be listed on the item in the store.

Rage Sport make our replica shirts. They are an ethical company who make all their kits in Italy using responsibly sourced material and make sure all workers in the supply chain are paid fairly. Find out more about Rage Sport.

Hercules make a lot of our scarves and hats. They are based in Portugal and all their items are produced in Europe. Black Dragon, a family business in Lancaster, make our badges. Other suppliers include Fifth Column, Stanley Stella and ARC.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Yes, you can. The easiest way to exchange an item is to bring it to the merch stall at home matches.

If that’s not possible, you can return your item to Clapton CFC, Old Spotted Dog Ground, 212 Upton Lane, London E7 9NP. You’ll need to pay the postage yourself (unless it was our mistake). Please include a note about why you’re returning it, or email merch@claptoncfc.co.uk. We will then refund you and you can place an order again.

I’ve received the wrong or incomplete order, what do I do?

Sorry about that. We are a small group of volunteers at a small, fan-owned football club and mistakes sometimes happen.

Please email us at merch@claptoncfc.co.uk and we will take it from there.

Can I buy merch items in person?

Yes. You can buy all these items and more at the merch stall at home games for our Women’s and Men’s First Team games at the Old Spotted Dog Ground. Check our fixture list for home games.

They are not for sale in any shops and the Old Spotted Dog Ground merch store is not open on non-matchdays, however.

Can I click and collect?

This isn’t possible at the moment, but you can buy merchandise at the merch stall at home matches.

Why is the postage cost to the EU and USA so high?

New rules are making shipping from Britain to the European Union more expensive. The new EU Customs Duty Fee came in on July 1 2026, which includes a €3 customs duty per item imported from outside the EU. To cover this extra cost, we have had to increase the price of postage.

We are currently working on a way to reduce this.

Due to tariffs recently imposed by Donald Trump. the cost of sending a package to the United States of America has had to rise by £10. We know that makes the cost of postage, packing and tariffs more than the cost of a shirt, but it’s out of our control. Sorry.
