Saturday’s game between Enfield Borough and the Clapton CFC Men’s First Team at the Maurice Rebak Stadium has been postponed.

In light of the death of Billy Vigar on Thursday after an incident at the ground last week, neither of the teams nor the Eastern Counties Football League felt it appropriate to play just a few days later.

Our condolences to Billy’s family and friends and his Chichester City team-mates.

Both our women’s and men’s first teams are due to play at this ground this season. Action must be taken on unsafe pitchside walls so we are backing this petition.
