Last week we were given the news that the Clapton CFC Men’s First Team had been allocated in the Southern Counties East Football League Division One for a second season.

We had formally requested a lateral move back to the Eastern Counties League Division One South, but this was declined.

Our appeal document was submitted today, and the appeal will be heard by an FA panel sometime between June 4 and June 10. The result will likely be known a week or so later.
