With the departure of assistant manager Stu Purcell to Belfast, the men’s first team would like to confirm the new coaching set-up:

Player-manager – Geoff Ocran

Assistant manager/coach – Sham Darr

First team coach – Jack Mellors

Assistant first team coach – Matt Bailey

Strength and conditioning coach – Graeme Hudson

Geoff said: “Sham and Stu have always been joint assistant managers since the first season, but Sham has been less visible in recent seasons at matchdays due to work.

“Jack, Matt and Graeme started out with our youth training set-up. They’ve stepped up and they’ve been absolutely excellent. 

“Pre-season has gone so well and Matt and Jack are getting more familiar with the players and more confident.

“Graeme has been doing our strength and conditioning this pre-season, he’s there at training to get us fitter and prevent injuries.”
