Could our keeper's shirts cause offence in Leipzig?
A while ago one of our Twitter followers pointed out that the design that became the keeper's shirt has our red, white and black colours in the same vertical order as the black, white, and red tricolour that was the national flag of Nazi Germany 1933-35 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_German_f...

Re: A couple of suggestions
In terms of players being members, in favour of that too, just wondering how it would work. Would we charge and if so would it be the same price or have a separate player rate? Do you have to be a member before being registered to play a game, or is it after a certain number of games? And if you le...

Re: A couple of suggestions
Both good suggestions imho. Re "Asking/making players & staff join as members" - I don't think that should be controversial at all seen in the context of CCFC aspiring to women's, youth and kids' teams in the near future, shouldn't all players and management be members with full voting...

Re: Sankt Pauli speilt am Samstag, was tun?
Yeah well, it won't be happening today as there doesn't seem to have been the interest this time round. Once back to 3pm kickoffs as the days get longer it becomes achievable to get from the Zeitgeist up to Blackhorse Rd. Maybe, to use Matt's latest acronym, WWOTD (when we own the Dog). There was so...

Sankt Pauli speilt am Samstag, was tun?
Some here will know already that I've been agitating about what we might do when St Pauli have Saturday games with a 1200 kick off and how we might combine that with our own home games. This situation occurs again coming Saturday when St Pauli play Greuther Furth, and then just ten minutes or less a...

Re: Tree Planting in East London
Next planting: Hackney Downs, 10am Saturday 15/12/2018 (slightly problematic for us St Pauli fans) and the last matchday of 2018.

Re: Ground Maintenance proposal
I think it's a great idea. Are Wadham OK with the changes? Knowing that we may well take the bulk of it it with us when we leave? Will there be much disruption? Also is someone monitoring attendance? I expect it will dip with shit weather but is it gradually rising otherwise? Some matches it seems ...

Re: Ground Maintenance proposal
I'm not on the Grounds Maintenance Whatsapp. Screenshot of Telegram chat with Glyn. In summary it wouldn't have fixed concrete footings under ground but would be built off scaffold boards to stop it sinking in. I presume the scaffolding contractors are saying self weight would be enough to stop it b...
